Scuba Diving

  About 5 years ago, I invested in equipment and got Scuba Certified for Open Water Dives.  Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule and moving relatively far from the ocean, I have not been able to dive since then.
  After going to the Caribbean and chasing a Black-Tip Reef Shark while snorkeling, my love for the water has been reignited! This summer I plan on getting re-certified through a relatively inexpensive refresher course, so I'm excited to swim with the fishes again!

    Would love to go scuba diving, but not much of that to be done in my parts. Scuba in muddy puddles that people fish in and throw beer cans into would not be as much fun I imagine.

    I'm in a similar situation, I got certified 8-9 years ago and haven't dived since. I think I need to get my wife certified so that there is collective interest next time we go on vacation.

    yeah ive never been snorkelling! not officially anyway haha i think i went in cairns when i was like 6 but i dont remember that! i also really wanna go skydiving haha. followed!

    I had a certificate a lifetime ago, but only used it to impress the family like once or twice on a vacation or two.

    Don't bother with a refresher course, its an easy way for instructers to make a quick buck. Just to a simple shore dive with a local diver, say you haven't been diving in a while and just want to get the fins wet :)
